dr. Andrew E. Honeycutt

Dr. Andrew E Honeycutt is the recipient of the Doctor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Harvard University and the Masters in Business Administration degree from Boston University. Currently he serves as President for Anaheim University and a board member of Sibling Holding Group whose mission is to leverage advanced technology and education management operations in order to enhance and expand the delivery of 21st century learning through the use of multiple teaching, learning and assessment methods.

 

 

deborah travis- honeycutt, md.

Deborah Honeycutt, founder and president, is a family medicine physician, having earned her university and professional degrees from the University of Illinois School of Medicine and Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Honeycutt has served  as President of the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians and as Chairman of the Board of Directors. On the national level she has served on many committees as well as a five-year appointment to the American Academy of Family Physicians' Commission on Education..  

 

Michael M. Murphy

Michael Murphy graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. He has over 25 years in corporate America with Ford Marketing Corporation and Dunkin Donuts, Inc. During his corporate tenure, he served as Purchasing Manager, Director of Quality Control and Director of Consumer Affairs.

  • The Community Speakers Bureau is a speakers' bureau that assists education institutions, community groups, churches, and civic organizations find high quality, African-American speakers for a variety of events such as community and political conferences, board meetings, public health meetings, business organizations, education and black history events.

  • Dr. Andrew E Honeycutt, a Harvard Business School DBA, originated the Community Speakers Bureau in 2012. The Community Speakers Bureau is committed to providing historical diversity success information that delivers meaningful messages, value-driven content that inspires community stakeholders to make positive changes in public, social and economic policy.

  • CSB maintains a select number of quality speakers.  The unique benefit of the Community Speakers Bureau is that we have speakers that have expertise in community health, education and economic policy issues. Our speakers have years of experience in their respective areas of expertise and are utilized in providing keynote speeches, workshops and seminars, panel discussions, as well as conferences.

    The Community Speakers Bureau takes pride in our speaker service. We    guarantee satisfaction at a reasonable price while providing outstanding speakers who are reliable and devoted to our company’s mission.
     
    The Community Speakers Bureau represents dedicated African American speakers whose focus is helping community organizations address the impact of health, education and economic public and social policies on changing ethnic demographics in Georgia and the United States.

  • • Support efforts to enhance wellness and decrease chronic illness among communities of color.

  • • Provide minority health-related information and increase public awareness of the gravity and magnitude of the health disparity that persists between minority and nonminority populations.

  • Education

  • • Provide educational resources to minority communities both urban and rural and self-sustainable vocational training resources to all that are near or below the poverty line.

  • • Provide education expertise to communities with significant minority populations and to educate and increase public interest in issues affecting minority children and their families.

  • Economics

  • • Impact Georgia's minority communities by empowering minority businesses, recognizing business successes of minority ventures and giving voice to the power of collaboration through scholarships, training and celebration of our state's cultural diversity.

• Working with communities to build capacity to meet the health needs in disease prevention, education and health promotion.

• Identifying and supporting assets within Georgia's public health system to close the gap of health disparities.

• Seeking opportunities to provide consultation in the areas of minority health and health disparities to individuals and organizations statewide to better inform minority groups of available treatment and preventive health services.

• Business Development is another important component of the organization's portfolio of services. This category encompasses the following two types of programs:

o Basic Business Assistance and Technology Transfer. The goals of each of are outlined below.

o Business Assistance.

• This aspect of Business Development category was designed to provide management and technical assistance to entrepreneurs in Georgia.

• To provide assistance to clients in the preparation of feasibility studies, business plans, and financial packages.

• To aid in the development of stable markets for Arkansas products and services.

o Technology Transfer. This program was specifically designed and implemented to identify and research new and/or expanded technologies that can support new and existing enterprises, including cluster businesses in southeastern United States. To stimulate and promote growth and development of small-and medium-sized businesses through the formation of interactive networks To provide a link to the technology transfer programs of other universities and access to federal laboratory research results.
